1.What is your profession and why did you decide to choose this field?
Skateboarder and Musician. I decided to skateboard when I was around 11 and after I got blind skateboarding was what gave me happiness after the big depression of getting blind.
2.What is the most rewarding thing about what you do?
I feel free when I skate. Going fast, jumping high, and things like that that are really crazy and are the things that make me feel free and really happy. Feeling that my life didn't change a lot after getting blind. That getting blind is a big change but it didn't change my life in a big way. Because before I got blind I used to skate and play the guitar, and after getting blind I still skate, I still play the guitar, I still do everything I love. I also like that I practiced hard to adapt to the sport and I learnt how to skate blind on my own.
3. What is your advice to all the other VIP around the world who don’t believe they can be successful in the area of their interest because of their disability?
To everybody out there I would say to follow your dreams and stay with your friends. Also, don't be shy to cry if you want to cry, tell your fears to your friends and family, and be open with people who are close to you.
